I have a coupon code. Where do I enter it?

There will be a place to enter it when you reach checkout.

Where are my downloadable products?

Login to your account. Go to Account Settings > Downloads. If you did not open an account to access your downloads immediately, please send TJ a message and allow up to 2 weeks to receive the downloads via email.

How do I open a PDF?

To open a PDF, you will need a PDF reader. I recommend Adobe, which is free to download here.

My printables downloaded in a zipped file. How do I extract them?

Follow the directions for Mac or Windows below.
  1. Double click the zipped file.
  2. The file will automatically be decompressed into the same folder the compressed file is in.
  3. Access the extracted files by clicking the appropriate icons.
  1. Locate the zipped folder that you want to unzip (extract) files or folders from.
  2. Do one of the following:
  • To unzip a single file or folder, open the zipped folder, then drag the file or folder from the zipped folder to a new location.
  • To unzip all the contents of the zipped folder, press and hold (or right-click) the folder, select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.

How do I change my account's profile picture?

You'll need to set up a Gravatar account with the same email address as you have in your account.
